Why This Program Exists
Most people who feel chronically stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode aren't lacking willpower — they're lacking a safe, structured way to come back to themselves. FSTT was created to be exactly that: a gentle, repeatable path built on nervous-system science, not hustle culture.
The program starts at just 5 minutes a day and grows gradually over 6 weeks. No perfection required. No shame when you miss a day. Just small, consistent steps that add up to real change.
